Korean Food

When go to Korea, there is some food you should not miss out !!!

  1. Ddeokbokki(pronounced: duck-bow-key) Ddeokbokki is one of the most popular Korean dishes in Korea. Koreans love it. The dish consists of a somewhat spicy red sauce smothering thick and stubby cylindrical rice-noodles.You can find ddeokbokki everywhere in Korean, it’s mostly sold by street side food vendors.
  2. Bibimbap (pronounced: bee-bim-bop) Bibimbap is a Korean expat staple. It’s in the daily diet for pretty much all foreigners here. It looks healthy, too. You get a bowl of rice with lettuce, beansprouts, spinach, carrots, green onions, zucchini, etc, and then an egg is slapped right on top of it. In addition you get a nice spicy red sauce called kochujang. You mix it all together and slurp it up. Sometimes you can get it served to you in a hot stone bowl, which makes it that much better.
  3. Kimbap in Korea, Kimbop is the Korean go-to food: quick to make, healthy, delicious. Essentially, it’s seaweed that’s wrapped around white rice that’s wrapped around assorted vegetables and a bit of minced beef, squid, or ham. The rolls are cut up into bite-sized pieces, just like California sushi rolls.
